Don has provided SDI training, strategy and coaching courses which I have had the pleasure to be a delegate on. Don has an excellent presentation style and always puts the delegates at ease whilst at the same time ensuring they are given the tools to work things out for themselves. He is a a great coach, a good listener and extremely personable.
